Sauna good but without water or tea to drink between. No cleaning of the rooms during stays, change of towels on request only

My room was very basic, no fridge, no kettle, tiny shower, one chair. A 500m walk on icy paths to get to reception and for breakfast was not easy either. I had dinner because without a car the town is miles away. The food was good and reasonably priced,The service was awful though i finished my main course and waited over 45 minutes before anyone came to offer me a desert in the end i gave up and left. I would say dont stay here if you are hungry or tired .

Perfect place, very kind and helpful staff, very comfortable and clean rooms. Tasty and cosy restaurant and the very good breakfast. Definitely this is the place it be recomanded. Also price wise is friendely.

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful reception lady. Hotel situated directly to the used to be a green forest. Due to weather and disease, most trees are down and new trees are planted.

The hotel has very nice surroundings, if you can take a walk around. Staff is excellent, food is good as well. Rooms are ok, beds are a bit small though especially when you are a long person.

Only a few minutes by car from down-town Siegen, with amazing rooms and facilities. It really is the best of both worlds. On the one hand, all the attractions of Siegen's castle hill, museums, shops, a nightlife fitting for a "university town." On the other hand, the hotel in its own park with the wonderful views and scenery, making you feel in touch with nature. Only negative is a minor inconvenience: the 2 euro parking fee. This feels odd given the park location, and could just be included in the hotel rate, or just waived out of courtesy. I down-rated service and facilities from 5 to 4 stars on this ground.
